How much does it cost?Our 3 month plan costs $15 per month. Our 6 month plan is $12.50 per month and our 12 month plan is $9.95 per month.
Can I put banners on my catalog?Yes. There is no problem with placing banners within your catalog. You can include them by pasting HTML into the header and/or footer of your EZStore.
Can I transfer my own domain to my ezstore site?Yes. You can point your domain name to your store if you wish. However, if you already have an extensive website, you most likely will want to simply link from your website to your EZStore.
Are all credit card transactions processed securely?Yes. We use industry-standard SSL encryption for all credit card processing.
Is there a limit on how many products I can have? No. There is no limit on how many products, customers, languages, currencies, options, orders, etc. that you can have.
Do you take a percentage of my transactions?No, we don't take a percentage of any transaction. All transactions are handled by a payment processor you select, and you will be subject to the fees that they charge.
Do we have to sign a contract with EZStores?You have to agree to our Terms of Service.
How do I see my orders?You will received an email when an order is placed,
you can view your orders from your site's EZADMIN and you can download your orders for offline processing.
Can we do online credit card authorizations in our store?EZStores offers many payment options for you to offer your customers. PayPal (a free credit card processing service), Payment Gateways (for merchants with internet merchant accounts), Purchase orders, Printable Invoices for Fax and Phone orders.
We don't have a merchant account yet. Can you help us get one?Yes, we can direct you to several merchant account providers as well as PayPal (a free credit card processor.) We also offer merchant accounts through Online DataCorp.
Can we change a store once we've created it?You can update your site as often as you want, from wherever you happen to be. Some of our users update their sites several times a day.
Does our store have to look the same as all the others?Far from it. You have complete control over the look of your site.
Can we get statistics about what is happening in our store?EZStore's tracking tools are regarded by most experts as the best in the industry.
Do we need any special hardware or software to use EZStores?You don't need anything more than you needed to read this page.
Will EZStores help me to drive traffic to my site?Yes. We automatically submit yoursite to all the major search engines.
Will anyone else have access to our sales data?Absolutely not. We never disclose sales data without prior consent.
Do you accept international stores?Yes. EZStores is designed for the world market. With multilingual, mulitcurrency capabilities all of our merchants can sell to the rest of the world.

Is EZStores compatible with external affiliate programs?Yes, EZStores can work with "www.affiliatetracking.net", "www.cj.com" or any external affiliate program you can paste the affiliate program HTML directly your pages.

Will my customers see advertisements or any mention of EZStores or your company on shopping cart pages?Absolutely not. We do not use your shopping cart account as a way to promote EZStores or another company's products or services.
Does anyone else have access to my customer's information (name, address, email address, phone number, etc.)?No. Your customer's information is made available only to YOU.
What do I do if I no longer want to use EZStores?Simply ignore our payment request. Your store will be put on hold for one month during which time you can pay and reactivate your site. If after one month we have not received payment we will clear your data from our servers.
Can I put the html information on my existing web pages..Yes you can. You can use our Button Wizard to create the HTMl code for links to Categories, Products and Purchase buttons.
You can also display a Dynamic Shopping cart image on your main website that shows what is in a cusotmer's cart.
